Barely a recipe, more of an assembly, but the ratios matter: enough yoghurt for real protein, berries for fibre and sharpness, and just a scatter of nuts and honey so it feels like a treat rather than a diet. Toast the nuts if you have two spare minutes — it's worth it.

Scaling note. Scales perfectly — it's assembly, not cooking. Keep the nuts and any granola off until serving so they stay crunchy.
- 300 g Greek yoghurt 2% fat
- 150 g mixed berries , fresh or thawed
- 20 g walnuts , roughly chopped, toasted
- 15 ml honey (optional – can be omitted)
