Breakfast High Protein No cook Quick

Barely a recipe, more of an assembly, but the ratios matter: enough yoghurt for real protein, berries for fibre and sharpness, and just a scatter of nuts and honey so it feels like a treat rather than a diet. Toast the nuts if you have two spare minutes — it's worth it.

Scaling note. Scales perfectly — it's assembly, not cooking. Keep the nuts and any granola off until serving so they stay crunchy.
  • 300 g Greek yoghurt 2% fat
  • 150 g mixed berries , fresh or thawed
  • 20 g walnuts , roughly chopped, toasted
  • 15 ml honey (optional – can be omitted)

Instructions

  1. 1

If your nuts aren't already toasted, dry-toast them in a small pan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until they smell nutty, then tip out to cool.

  2. 2

Spoon the yoghurt into two bowls.
